Job Descriptions:

Under the direct direction of the Master Trainer, the incumbent of this post will assist with all project operations such as planning, surveying, delivering health sessions, compiling/documenting/filling, and reporting.

The following are listed below:
Attend the Training of Trainers (ToT).
Assist Master Trainers (MTs) in developing activity plans for surveys, distribution of health kits, and delivery of awareness workshops.
Facilitate MT during survey data collection by visiting schools in specific districts.
Coordinate with school management to organize training sessions and distribute health kits.
Facilitate MT in delivering health awareness sessions on MHM / health and hygiene needs and best practices to girls' students in the particular district / locations.
Share the necessary logistical support with the MT for conducting the survey and distributing/delivering health sessions.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1 to 2 years of experience as a teacher, training facilitator, or lady health worker.
Good communication skills.
Can speak the local languages (desired).
Competence in identifying needs and creating training plans, materials, paperwork, and manuals.
