The Layton Rahmatullah Benevolent Trust (LRBT) is seeking ideas (both technical and financial) from qualifying firms or individual consultants to create an animated video about child eye health and disability inclusiveness. The service provider should submit a CV/company profile as well as a thorough work plan for the full job to LRBT. The proposal should also include information on the team and their experience, as well as a link to any relevant videos or stories that the firm or consultant has already created.
This is a one-month assignment from the LRBT Central Office in Karachi as part of one of its projects, "Strengthening Inclusive Eye Health Services in Tehsil Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan District, Punjab".
The applicants must show all costs associated with the proposed assignment, including taxes, in accordance with the laws and regulations of Pakistan's tax authorities.

Terms of Reference
Background:
World Sight Day, October 10, 2024, intends to highlight the significance of eye care for young people and encourage them to prioritise their eyesight. This assignment aims to produce engaging animated animations that promote kid eye health and disability inclusivity.
Objective:
Create two short animated videos to increase awareness about child eye health and disability inclusion, emphasising healthy practices, safety tips, and inclusivity for children with impairments.
Video 1: Child's Eye Health
Duration is 3.5 minutes or less.
Goal: Teach youngsters about eye health, protection, and visual problems.
Key Messages:
Regular eye examinations
Healthy behaviours include a balanced diet, outdoor play, and eye protection.
Safety tips (using protective glasses and avoiding sharp items)
Embracing spectacles (removing stigma and taboo)
Video 2: Disability Inclusion.
Duration is 3.5 minutes or less.
Objective: To promote inclusivity and accessibility for children with disabilities by emphasising their strengths and abilities.
Key Messages:
Understanding individual needs
Celebrating qualities and abilities.
Promote inclusive access (equal access to eye health care).
Awareness Media:
Two short animated videos:
Interesting storylines and relatable characters
Clear communication and instructive content
Aligned with the marketing objectives and duration (3.5 minutes or less).
Communication requirements:
Barrier-free communication for "ALL": adults, children, those with disabilities, the elderly, and so on.
Easy-to-understand formats
Sign language interpretation in the video.
Language: English and Urdu (two versions preferred).
