Title: Delivery Associate.  

Location of Work Station: Sindh (Karachi).  

Type of Job: Contractual  

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager.  

Job Overview:  

The Delivery Associate will play a key role in coordinating program activities. The Delivery Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining communication links with internal and external stakeholders, such as partner organisations, government agencies, community organisations, and the internal project team. She/he will be in charge of ensuring that the project's key performance indicators are consistent with the M&E plan and that deliverables are completed on time and in compliance with the project's objectives, particularly the M&E plan.  

Key responsibilities:  

1. Project planning and implementation  

Works closely with the Senior Program Manager to define the project's scope, objectives, and deliverables.  

Collaborate with multiple corporate departments and external partners to allocate resources and assign tasks.  

Monitor the progress of project activities to ensure they are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget. 

2. Stakeholder Engagement.  

Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including partner organisations, community groups, government agencies, and policymakers.  

Organise and manage activities such as seminars, roundtable discussions, awareness-raising sessions, and training programs to promote project goals and solicit stakeholder feedback. 

3. Field Operations.  

Supervise and organise field staff activities, such as awareness workshops, paralegals, and community mobilisers.  

Ensure that legal services are effectively delivered, such as legal awareness programs, community outreach, and legal aid/advice.  

Oversee the collection and management of data for legal aid services, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. 

4. Team Management  

Assist in the recruitment of field staff and volunteers.  

Coordinate duties among team members, provide daily direction, and keep track of team dynamics.  

Create and deliver weekly updates on project milestones and forthcoming activities.  

5. Financial oversight.  

Assist with budget planning and expenditure monitoring to ensure that it stays within the given limitations.  

Create monthly financial reports and offer updates on budget use. 

6. Documenting and Reporting  

Keep detailed records of all project operations, including data collection, stakeholder interaction, and financial documentation.  

Create and submit monthly progress reports to the Senior Program Manager.  

7. Gender Inclusion and Diversity.  

Ensure that all project activities and stakeholder interaction are consistent with the project's Gender and Inclusion Strategy.  

Collaborate with the Assistant Research Manager to include gender- and minority-sensitive indicators and practices in the project's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework. 

8. Monitoring & Evaluation  

Coordinate with the MEL department and use MEL frameworks to evaluate the impact of legal aid efforts in the field.  

Conduct regular field visits to assess the quality of services and solicit feedback from beneficiaries.  

Compile and submit complete reports on field operations, including problems, lessons learnt, and suggestions for improvements. 

9. Quality assurance.  

Periodically conduct internal audits and assessments to examine the quality and efficacy of project operations.  

Work closely with the M&E team to examine the project's impact on key performance measures.

Qualifications:  

Bachelor's degree in a related subject.  

Three years of demonstrated experience in program coordinating, project management, or a similar capacity.  

Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  

Ability to collaborate with a variety of teams and stakeholders.  

Proficiency with data management and analysis tools.  

Experience with monitoring and assessment processes.  

Effective leadership and management of events and activities.
